Peter has been a Real Estate Broker in Colorado for over 30 years. He has vast experience in the real estate market, not only as a broker, but as an investor in rental properties and fix-and-flips, extensive hands-on experience in every aspect of the construction process, and over 20 years working with his wife in Property Staging & Design.

Due to his hands on experience, having him as your agent provide's you with a leg up in information above that of any other realtor. He knows the ins and outs of a house and can help you point out the small details that mean the most when it comes to buying or selling property. He is a wealth of knowledge for his clients.

In his free time you can find him content in nature either powering up the steep side of Sanitas, climbing one of the Colorado 14ers or following his kids down the mountain.

In her free time you can find her on a trail run pushing her personal boundaries, mountain biking with her husband, at the top of a summit enjoying the view, skiing the powder with her family or mastering the game of pickleball with friends.

Colman specializes in first-time home buyers and prides himself on helping his clients find the perfect first home while giving them the knowledge and assistance necessary to navigate this new venture.

Colman is the most even-keeled, laid-back member of The Garthwaite Group who easily connects with his clients and is attentive to their needs.

In his free time, you can find him flying down the slopes on a powder day and throwing backflips on his skis in the back bowls.

When she's not hustling, catch Kiki reading a good book or hitting the trails. Whether she's breaking a sweat with strength training, yoga, hiking, or rock climbing, she's all about that active life. In the winter, you'll find her off the grid, exploring the backcountry with her pup, Koda.
